Our Tribute to the Botanical Gardens Bald Eagle Family

Below you will find a link to a very special digital story created by our 1st grade students back in 2007. These students are now in 5th grade. We love the opportunity to learn from this bald eagle webcam and want to thank those at the gardens and WVEC for making it possible. Our hearts go out to these eagles for the loss of the “Mama” eagle yesterday. As a tribute, we have posted our digital story. Please feel free to leave us a comment. Glad about Glogster

Fifth grade is going Glogster crazy! The first assignment was to create a “glog” for a synectic project to analyze a character in a novel study. www.edu.glogster.com is a Web 2.0 tool that allows students to create digital posters and to give eachother feedback.
